Description

Our patient here was concerned about the aged appearance of her eyelid areas. In fact, she was beginning to experience blockage of some of her field of view due to the excess overhanging eyelid skin. She underwent brow lift as well as upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty.  Her after photos depict her results at roughly eight months following surgery. Her visual field impairment is resolved, and she and her husband are very pleased with the natural results she has obtained. Looking closely, it is very difficult to find the scars which are placed in the hairline for the brow lift and and natural creases / wrinkles for the upper and lower eyelids.  These results are fairly typical. Notify overhanging skin is no longer present and that the full extent of the upper eyelid is visible postoperatively. The “bags” are also significantly reduced.
